I am a licensed professional counselor passionate about providing a healing, judgment-free space. If you experience chronic mental health struggles or a challenging diagnosis, my therapy style could be a great fit for you. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, BPD, trauma, and other conditions, and my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can process these challenges and find real help.
We often feel that we should be able to manage everything ourselves, or that friends and family should be enough to get us through. However, there are times when distraction and your usual coping skills no longer work. When that happens, I hope to provide therapy that fits your individual needs and meets you exactly where you are.
