What Patients Should Know
We accept and file most insurances. Patients are responsible for applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or self-pay balances due at the time of service. We also accept FSA and HSA plans.

Prompt Pay Self-Pay Discount
We offer a prompt pay self-pay discount of 30% off our usual and customary group fees for psychiatric assessments with a medication provider and medication management follow-up appointments.
This discount does not include therapy services or ketamine IV infusion services.
