Insurance & Payment of Services
We accept and file most insurances. You will be responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance or self-pay due at the time of service. We take FSA and HSA plans. Balances are due at the time of service.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer a prompt pay self-pay discount of 30% off of our usual and customary group fees, psychiatric assessments with a medication provider and medication management follow up appointments (this does not include therapy and ketamine IV infusion services).
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, HSA’s, Checks, and Cash. The following insurances are accepted in our practice (not all providers take every insurance).
