Request for a Prescription Refill

This medication refill request is for current patients of Interpersonal Psychiatry. Typically, medications are refilled at the time of the appointment and often require an appointment to have the refill approved. If you submit a request and you need an appointment, the office will email or call you to let you know. All controlled substances require an appointment for refills every 30 days, and you will need to call the front office to make an appointment.
