“Sometimes life events knock us off course and we struggle to find our way back. Often times we feel very alone in the process of trying to deal with the aftermath of such events.
Do you find yourself wanting to feel better, but are unable to? Wondering how to move on without feelings of guilt or shame? Feeling as if no one understands you or your situation?
Life can be hard sometimes but it doesn’t mean we have to endure the struggle alone. We can free ourselves through compassion, understanding, and empathy.” – Mandi
